Review process
- SUBMITTED — public submission, pending pickup.
- UNDER_REVIEW — Board member assigned, may request more info.
- APPROVED_FUNDED — funded, featured, mirrored to NWAWebsite.
- APPROVED_AWAITING_FUNDING — approved, needs pledges.
- APPROVED_QUEUED — approved, awaiting support (sky badge, not “back burner”).
- REJECTED — with BoardReview notes and next steps.
